How it's calculated

  • ✔SSS: 5% of your Monthly Salary Credit (₱5,000 to ₱35,000). Your employer pays another 10%.
  • ✔PhilHealth: 5% of your basic salary (between ₱10,000 and ₱100,000), shared equally with your employer.
  • ✔Pag-IBIG: 2% of up to ₱10,000, so at most ₱200 a month.
  • ✔Withholding tax: the BIR table under the TRAIN law, on your pay after these contributions. The first ₱250,000 a year is tax-free.
  • ✔Your 13th month pay and other bonuses are tax-free up to ₱90,000 a year.

Estimate for private-sector employees, rules last checked October 2026. Your payslip can differ slightly because of how your employer rounds, cut-off dates and other deductions (loans, union dues). Not tax advice. 🔒 Everything stays on your device.
